We take privacy seriously. This page describes what we collect, why, and how to ask us to remove your data. If anything here is unclear, email us at info@thecoastalconcierge.com.
What we collect
- From property operators: name, email, phone, property website URL, and any information you share with us so we can build your guest concierge app.
- From guests using a deployed app: only what’s needed to deliver content (e.g. selected location, language). We don’t require guest accounts.
- Standard web logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar diagnostics, for security and product improvement.
How we use it
- Build and operate your guest concierge app.
- Respond to questions and provide support.
- Send service notifications (e.g. when your app is ready, when monthly refresh occurs).
- Diagnose technical issues and improve the product.
What we don’t do
- Sell your data, ever.
- Share your data with third parties beyond the service providers we need to operate (e.g. hosting, email).
- Track guests across other websites.
Booking partners
When a guest books a tour, experience, or service through the app, the booking is handled by the relevant partner (e.g. Viator, the operator). That partner’s own privacy policy applies to the booking transaction. We receive only the information required to attribute the booking and earn commission.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality and aggregate analytics. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.
Removal
To have your data removed, email info@thecoastalconcierge.com with the subject “Data removal request.” We’ll confirm removal within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. For substantive changes affecting existing customers, we’ll notify you directly.
